ETAS™ is a unique asparagus stem extract that supports the balance of the body's stress hormone cortisol. ETAS™ protects the body from the harmful effects of stress and promotes clear thinking.
Zizyphus helps to calm and relax the body to support sleep onset.
Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and helps promote deep sleep.
Adults:
Take 1 – 2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime.
Adolescents aged 15 years and over:
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime
