Shipping and Delivery 

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

We offer free shipping throughout New Zealand for orders over $50.

For orders under $50, our shipping cost is $5.20.

At the moment, we are only shipping our products within New Zealand.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to PO boxes.

Yes, all orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking number with the email confirmation of your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@clinicians.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll process a full refund to your account.

We do not accept exchanges but if you have purchased the wrong item please process a return and repurchase the correct item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us.

It is not possible to cancel your order but you will be able to request a return.

We accept all major credit cards. We also offer Google Pay and Apple Pay payment options.

We also have Laybuy available which can be selected on the "Payments" page after checking out. 

Sustainability

Our shipping boxes use FSC certified material including a minimum of 70% recycled content from responsible sources.
