Brain smoothie – blueberry, spinach and walnuts
This delicious smoothie is full of blueberries, spinach, and walnuts which are all great for keeping your mind sharp and your brain healthy.

Serves: 1-2
Preparation: 5 min


  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup apple juice


Pop all ingredients into a blender. Blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
