Berry smoothie for healthy hair
Try this delicious smoothie packed with nutrients to support naturally healthy hair.

Serves: 1-2

  • 1 avocado (skinned and stone removed)
  • 1 orange (skinned and pipped)
  • 1 medium carrot or ½ beetroot
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • ¾ cup strawberries
  • 1 heaped tsp certified organic spirulina
  • 1 small handful of walnuts
  • 2 tsp marine or bovine collagen powder (optional)
  • Coconut water or milk


Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
