Adults and Children over 14 years:
Take 1 ml – 5 ml in water or juice once or twice daily, or as directed
Children 9 years and over:
Take 1 ml – 4 ml in water or juice once daily, or as directed
Children 4 to 8 years:
Take 1 ml – 2ml in water or juice once daily, or as directed
