Mag Glycinate + Tart Cherry Deep Sleep Powder makes a delicious natural blackcurrant flavoured bedtime drink, with sleep supporting botanicals to relax the mind and muscles for a quality sleep. Meta Mag® is highly bioavailable and gentle on the gut.
Adults:
To make 250 mL of drink mix, stir one heaped metric teaspoon (5.3 g) into warm water or cold water and mix well. Take in the evening, 1 hour prior to bedtime.
