More Information
You may be looking for extra support with sleep-onset and/or sleep maintenance (frequent waking during the night or early waking). If sleep problems are a regular occurrence, they may result in a continuous cycle of fatigue that can be debilitating and impact dramatically on an individual’s quality of life.
Common causes can be psychological and over stimulation from medications. Besides these, there are over 300 stimulatory agents - cannabis, smart, drugs, caffeine, coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar and food additives. There can also be other medical reasons. Natural alternatives can be considered as first line interventions. These include exercise, progressive relaxation, serotonin precursor and cofactor therapy, melatonin or herbal sedative support. Clinicians REM Sleep is a research-based formulation that contains nutrients known to support both sleep-onset and sleep maintenance.
5-HTP is a precursor to the brain chemical serotonin. Low levels of serotonin have been linked to mood changes and disturbed sleep patterns.
You may also wish to consider taking the following Clinicians products alongside Clinicians REM Sleep: Good Mood if you experience mood imbalances, Stress and Energy Support or B Complex for support during times of stress or convalescence. For additional vitamin and mineral support also consider taking Clinicians MultiVitamin and Mineral Boost.

REM Sleep

Does not work for everyone. Did nothing to help me sleep - only succeeded to make me depressed. | 05 Mar 2013

This has not worked for me at all... In fact, it has had the opposite effect...each time I have taken the recommended dose, I have literally had a sleepless night...no sleep all! Unfortunately, as far as I can see, it does not have a money back guarantee, so I am out of pocket as well as still not sleeping well... | 12 Aug 2013

No natural health product is ever guaranteed to work. We try our best to present people with the facts to help their choice and always recommend you chat to a trained natural health adviser to ensure it is the right product for you.
Sleep at best is a complex biological process with many facets to it. Often times sleep can mask underlying issues, for example - adrenal stress. Taking REM Sleep with little support as the result often means the adrenal glands need support.
I would really love to help you with this - please call me on 0800 622 533 for further assistance. | 13 Aug 2013

Deep sleep for 5 hours
by Lou from SOUTHLAND
Been taking these capsules every night for a week now. They pretty much are the help I need to fall asleep and keep me in a very deep sleep for 5 hours......so deep that when I wake up at 2am (I go to bed at 9 and have been waking at 2) I think I havent been sleeping....I look at the clock expecting it to say 9 oclock, but it doesnt! But I do spend the rest of the morning awake and tossing and turning (I start work at 5am) but 5 hours sleep is more than enough for me! There definitely seems to be a cut off time as its the same every night! I will definitely carry on taking!!!! | 20 Mar 2014

I agree with Lynette. I had taken it for three nights and have had no sleep at all. $30 down the drain, total waste of money. Last time I get sucked in. | 04 May 2014
