1. Information on the prize and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. 2. Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand. Employees of the Promoter or related companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to that person’s parent or guardian on their behalf. 3. To enter, simply send your Clinicians Prospan receipt along with name and address details in a self-stamped envelope to:  Prospan Giveaway, PO Box 101-142, North Shore Mail Centre 0745, Auckland New Zealand. 4. The promotion is not communicated on Clinicians products. 5. The promotion commences 01/06/2010 and closes at midnight on 30/06/2010.6. No late entries will be accepted. 7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant not complying with these terms and conditions of entry. 8. The winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail. 9. The first 100 valid entries will win a thermometer valued at $18. 10.Theprizes are not transferable. 11. The prizes will be delivered in New Zealand and the winner should allow 30 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize. 12. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during or as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 15. If this competition is not capable of proceeding for any reason including any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, at its discretion, subject to direction given by a relevant statutory authority, cancel, modify or postpone the competition. 16.
